Constant Knowledge is Mercury’s proprietary ‘always on’ survey / reporting system. Simply stated, Constant Knowledge studies run constantly, collecting sample at whatever frequency makes sense for each study – daily, weekly, any frequency appropriate for the project.

Data is always available in real-time at Mercury’s Analytics Workbench, and custom reports, designed in collaboration with our client to provide the precise summary understanding of the collected data that they need, can be generated with the click of a button.

By way of example, a Constant Knowledge study could be setup to monitor a company’s relationship with its customers. Rather than executing a study once every quarter or half-year, the Constant Knowledge study could interview approximately 50 customers every day, approximately 350 per week, or 1,500 per month. At the click of a button, reports could be generated:

  • A Tracking Report that summarized and charted all key metrics on a trending basis
  • A Snap-Shot Report that summarized in detail findings for a trailing 7 day period
  • An Early Warning Report that called-out metrics that are dropping, to focus and sound the alarm

Protected by this Constant Knowledge system, a retailer would have an always current understanding of their relationship with customers, and they would have a watchdog system to alert them when negative trends are starting.
